Custom Home Process
Introductory Meeting
We would love the opportunity to meet you! The initial meeting is a no pressure, no cost meeting, where we will have the opportunity to sit down and get to know each other. During this meeting it will give me the chance to give you a little history on how I began home building, what my process is, and for me to answer any questions you may have about home building and talk about what you would like to have in your dream home!
Site Selection & Contract
Do you want to live in the city or country? Small town? Specific school district? Any particular development?
We will work diligently to find you the perfect piece of land to build your dream home based on your specifics including lot size, area, sq. footage, etc
You may also already have your land purchased! Great! We will speak specifics about your piece of land & how your dream home will fit perfectly onto your land!
Design & Contract
Now comes the fun part!
We will begin to work on designing your dream home!
I will take your list of wants and needs in a home (bedrooms, baths, sq. footage, lot size, etc) and work closely with our architect to create the first draft of your home! This process will go back & forth a couple of times, until you are completely satisfied with your future home!
A contract will then be presented to you based on your final plans.
Build & Selections
Construction is about to start! This is an exciting part of the process as you will begin to see your dream home take shape! During this part of the process, your home will be carefully constructed by highly skilled professionals and supervised by Gabriel through each step of the homebuilding process.
During the construction time, you will have the opportunity to make selections for your home! Flooring, tile, backsplash, countertops, lighting, paint colors, etc will be selected during the process as your dream home vision is one step closer to completion!
Closing & Move In
Congratulations!
This is the day you've been waiting for all along!
Closing Day is here!
A final walk through is scheduled with Gabriel & completed with the client(s) prior to the closing date, to ensure you are 100% happy with your new home! During this time, we will also answer any final questions you may have about your home.
You are now ready to enjoy your new dream home!
Home Warranty
We built your dream home and we stand proud behind
our product!
Your new home will come with warranty, which will be explained in further detail in your closing and warranty packet.
Should you ever need anything or have questions after purchasing and moving into your new home, rest assured that we will always be here to answer
any questions or fix any
issues that may arise in
your home.
